Fitter

We are seeking a skilled Fitter to join our Fleet department at Wagenborg Crew Management B.V. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical systems and equipment on our vessels to ensure smooth operations at sea.

Key responsibilities

• Inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical issues on board

• Performing routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns

• Collaborating with the engineering- and deck team to optimize vessel performance

• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

• Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role

• Technical knowledge of mechanical systems and components

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools

• Physical stamina and strength to handle manual tasks
