Third Engineer

Wagenborg Manila is seeking a Third Engineer to join our team in the Shipping - General Cargo department at Wagenborg Crew Management B.V. As a Third Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our vessels.

Key repsonsibilities

• Assist the Chief Engineer in overseeing the technical operations of the vessel.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.

• Monitor and maintain engine room systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to promote a secure working environment.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.

• Valid applicable Certificate of Competence (STCW III/1 OEW)

• Valid STCW Training Certificates

• Valid Seafarer Medical Certificate

• Good command of English language

• Experience with general cargo trade

• Experience with mixed Nationality crew
